This $4,000 renewable scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who attend a Forsyth County high school and reside in The Winston-Salem Foundation's service area, and who will pursue post-secondary education at an accredited institution.

Woodbine Big Dreams Scholarship

This $1,000 non-renewable scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who attend a Forsyth County high school and reside in The Winston-Salem Foundation's service area of Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, Yadkin, or Wilkes counties, and who will pursue post-secondary education at accredited vocational/technical school, community college, or college/university in pursuit of a certificate, diploma, or degree in communications, graphic design, journalism, public relations, creative writing, or digital media or related field.

•     demonstrate outstanding school
service and community involvement
•     intend to major in communications, graphic design

Clyde and Martha Aldridge Scholarship

This $1,000 non-renewable scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who attend Reagan High School and reside in The Winston-Salem Foundation's service area of Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, Yadkin, or Wilkes counties, and who will pursue full-time undergraduate degrees from accredited post-secondary institutions.

Annie S. Alexander Memorial Scholarship

This $1,800 non-renewable scholarship is for traditional and non-traditional age students pursuing full-time undergraduate nursing degrees; preference given to African-American students from Forsyth County.

William H. Andrews/HAWS Scholarship

This non-renewing scholarship is for traditional and non-traditional students living in housing owned or managed by the Housing Authority of the City of Winston-Salem (HAWS). Scholarship amounts range from $600 for attendance at two-year institutions to $1,200 at four-year institutions.

• have a minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.0 at time of initial application (college students with a history of poor college grades, but who have not been in college in the last two years, will be evaluated on a case by case basis)
• demonstrate evidence of community involvement or schoolactivities including any awards or leadership roles
• traditional age students must be enrolled full-time each semester (minimum of 12 hours)
• non-traditional age students are encouraged to be enrolled full-time, but must be enrolled a minimum of six hours each semester
